Hell, method acting/painting can be incredibly mind stretching since I had to change a few things in my lifestyle to capture the emotion in this piece. Incredibly gruelling; had to wake up alot feeling nihilistic and whatnot.

I actually had to restrict myself to a selected list of albums I picked to get into the mood:
# Dance of December Souls, by Katatonia
# Transcendence into the Peripheral, by diSEMBOWELMENT
# The first three Bethlehem albums
# Turn Loose the Swans, by My Dying Bride
# Stream from the Heavens, by Thergothon
# Wildhoney, by Tiamat
# Morningside, by Opeth

Then I started researching on existentialism and all that jazz. Doestoevsky's awesome, and so is Kafka; Kierkegaard's Knight of Faith model is something I'm trying to copy right now.

Anyways, this is actually a mock up for my final piece (which I assume I'm not allowed to show).
